Where orders ship from

We ship to US and Canadian addresses only; the checkout will not accept other destinations.

Dispatch and delivery times

Every order ships within 30 days of purchase, and in practice the large majority go out well inside that window.

We would rather commit to a date we can always meet than advertise a best-case figure and miss it. If your order will take longer than 30 days, we will email you and you can cancel for a full refund without doing anything further.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after you receive it.

If your order is late, lost, or damaged

Email support@aligned.rest with your order number and we will find it. If a parcel has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it or refund it in full, your choice. We do not require you to chase the carrier yourself.

If an item arrives damaged, send a photo. We do not ask for the damaged item to be returned before sending a replacement.
